Deborah Birnbaum says……….

I work in the South Bronx. This is by far and away one of the poorest districts in all of the United States. Due to budgetary constraints, the school I work in has not been able to supply enough reading books for my students on their current reading levels. I do my best to borrow books from my local public library or buy them when possible. I would love for my students to have books they will enjoy reading on “current kid” issues/life. Any help would be wonderful!
