JTF Receives 220 Teen and Young Adults Affirmation Books as a Gift

2010 Picnic

The I AM Foundation has gifted 220 copies of The I AM! Affirmation Book for Teens and Young Adults to The Jonathan Tarr Foundation (JTF) in Encinitas, CA.  The I AM Foundation has supported the teens and young adults that JTF has worked with since 2002. Thousands of books have been gifted to students over the years in partnership with Founder Robin Tarr and the JTF team.  We are honored to have this long standing community partnership with Robin and JTF who do amazing work with teenage students. Not only does Robin, her husband Michael and JTF give scholarships to these teens, they give them the love and moral support every teenager needs in life.

Below is a message from Robin Tarr…

Steve, we’ve received your donation of books. Both Michael and I feel that the The I AM Book for Teens and Young Adults has a valuable message for all ages.  It is well written and Marilyn’s statement of positive intent could heal the world!    JTF Class of 2011 student recipients represented 28 high schools and 13 high school districts.    JTF will send each student your book to take to college with them in September.  Class of 2012 and beyond will also benefit from your gift.      Jonathan Tarr Foundation Board appreciates the fact that The I AM Foundation has been providing books and music to our students since 2002.   Thank you so much for your generous kindness.

Robin Tarr

And from Robin’s husband, Michael Woodey…

Dear Steve:

Thank you for The I AM Foundation’s generosity. It has been wonderful to see the progression of the books just from black and white to color… and now the new immense beauty of the book. The books are so outstanding, just wonderful in affirmations, content, information and its art. Absolutely beautiful. I love sharing the messages of the books. Thank you for your lasting impact.

Mike Woodey
