The NEW 3 Hour Class includes a 1 hr. food preparation class! Start 2009 off on the right foot by learning what you need to know about eating healthy in the new year. This 3 hour presentation and class will help you feel better, loose any unwanted weight, and help you to avoid costly health expenses. The information being presented is based on all natural and local foods. The class incorporates Eastern nutritional information dating back over 4000 years, and will cover the foods necessary to reverse stress and illness.

The first two hours of our program include an interactive food presentation and special food blending presentation and sampling. The first two hours are highly educational and informative and cover most of what you’ll need to know to start eating right in 2009.
For the 3rd hour of our program, we present Mindy Goldis, the owner of World Peace Kitchen and a Raw Vegan Chef & Teacher. She will be speaking about the benefits of raw foods and preparing a couple of dishes for you to sample. Mindy will be making 2 dishes from her Rawsome Delicacies collection of recipes: Dill-icious Soup and Cucumber Jicama Salad. They are perfect for the spring time, both cool and refreshing. To read more about Mindy you can check out her webpage.
